The HoverBike™ will have the approximate form factor of a motorcycle with propellant tanks in place of wheels, and a rocket engine in the middle pointed downward. This allows the vehicle to hover over the ground or fly high into the air. The rider straddles the vehicle and steers by shifting his or her weight. The computer responds by using jet vanes to keep the vehicle upright and produce thrust in the direction the rider leans. The effect is similar to a flying Segway human transporter.
